CHANGE AN ORDER

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be changed.

SALE

No returns or exchanges accepted on sale items. All discounted items are final unless faulty. In such cases, please contact us with proof.

(Faulty items from Sample Sale is final without any exceptions).

SAMPLE SALE

Our sample sale selection packed with exclusive one-offs, archived pieces, defect items and photoshoot samples you won't find anywhere else.

Everything's priced to move. The deal? all sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no takebacks. Each piece arrives exactly as-is, which means you might spot some lovable quirks or signs of its past life—and that's totally okay. Just remember, you're covering an extra expense like cleaning costs, and we can't be held responsible for changes you make after it's yours. But at these prices? Totally worth the adventure xx

FAULTY ITEMS

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we’re truly sorry if you receive an item that isn’t perfect. If you believe your item is defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.To assist our team in assessing the defect, we may request clear photos of the defect. Please keep in mind:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed will no longer be accepted as defective.
  • All claims for defective items must be made before the product is used.

Please send the faulty item to our Jakarta warehouse by filling our exchange/return form, you can find this form in your parcel.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

First check that your delivery address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and cause a re-delivery delay.

If the parcel has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service through live chat as soon as possible or send us an email to hello@anakketjil.com

However, if the parcel has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order item refers to any product available online that is currently on back-order, meaning it’s not in stock at our warehouse and will have a specified wait time, clearly indicated in the product description.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. If you’d prefer to have the available items shipped separately, we’re happy to accommodate this with an additional shipping fee (see our Shipping Policy to check your shipping rate). To arrange partial shipment, please contact us.

RETURN & PROCESS

At Anak Ketjil we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy for EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. The fourteen calendar days begin upon receiving your order. 

ANAK KETJIL verifies that the returned product complies with our return policy, namely: 


• The item has not been worn, altered or washed.
• The product is exactly as you received it, with its adhesive(s) and/or label(s) still attached.
• The original garment bag/jewellery pouch must not be damaged when you return the jewelry, as it is part of the product.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN ?

Purchased items may be exchanged for an item of the same price. Exchanges are shipped upon receipt of returned items and are subject to stock availability. 

Complete the procedure by following the instructions sent by e-mail following your request to hello@anakketjil.com

  • Australian, New Zealand, US, Canadian, and UK Customers: Mail it to our Jakarta Warehouse using a prepaid label.
  • Indonesian Customers: Return items to our Jakarta return center. Please note that we are unable to provide a prepaid shipping label at this time, customers must arrange their own shipping service or drop off using Grab, Go Send, etc at your expense. 
  • Rest of the World: Return items to our Jakarta warehouse using a return label purchased from your local postal service.

Anak Ketjil does not cover the cost of any returns/exchange.
