To keep your items looking their best, we recommend the following care instructions:
CLOTHING
- Gentle machine wash in cold water with similar colours
- Do not bleach, soak or rub
- Lie flat to dry/ line dry
- Wash and iron low inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- Use mild detergent
JEWELLERY
ANAK KETJIL offers a repair service. We take care of manufacturing or raw materials defects, but not natural wear and tear. Once your product is out of warranty period, we charge a minimum flat-rate charge of $35 AUD for this service (plus shipping fee, check our shipping policy to find your shipping rate).You will be given a confirmation email, and the repair(s) will be carried out after your approval. Please send an email directly to hello@anakketjil.com any repairs requested within one month after the date of purchase will be taken into account by us.
