Welcome to the world of Anak Ketjil—a name that means “little kid” in Bahasa, for a brand that’s anything but small in spirit. 

 

Born in Bondi and made with heart in Indonesia, Anak Ketjil was created from the simple belief that kids should live in colour, through golden moments, sun-bleached days and gelato hazes. 

 

Our clothes are made for sticky fingers and sandy feet. For sunlight and snack crumbs. For wild hearts in little bodies. Soft enough for sleepyheads, bright enough for big imaginations.

 

Anak Ketjil is a brand where community meets creativity—every piece supports working mums across Australia and Indonesia, who stitch each piece with care and craft.

Who We Are.

For me, Anak Ketjil is more than just clothes.
It’s a quiet homage to my heritage.
A canvas for my creativity.
And proof that purpose doesn’t pause when parenthood begins—it evolves into something with even more heart.

 

Dreamt up in the messy, blurry magic of early motherhood, Anak Ketjil began with a sketch and  turned into a mission. A mission to colour outside the lines of beige basics and neutral-toned sameness. Instead, Anak Ketjil stands for joy, play and personality, inspired by art, travel, childhood memories, and the thrill of discovering something unexpected.

 

Now, with my daughter— and co-creator of cuteness —Isabelle by my side, we’re creating pieces that turn heads at the playground and spark questions in the supermarket aisle. 

 

We’re building a brand that encourages the next generation of Anak Ketjils to live brightly, dress boldly, stay curious, and find their own way of seeing the world.
