All orders are shipped through DHL EXPRESS with an approximate delivery time of 3-6 business days (for AU & ID, all orders are shipped through local carrier). Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorisation, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. 

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Customers must provide a residential address where somebody can accept the delivery from our courier. We are also unable to ship the following countries: Russia, Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, Ukraine, Saudi-Arabia, Maldives, certain countries in Africa & the Pacifics.
